This creative restaurant is integrated into the architecture of a renovated period building. Inside the lighting and careful decoration blends with the mediterranean air of this region.
Inside the glass frontage is the recently opened "Barra del Mediterr�neo", where you can have an aperitif, a selection of fine tapas, a coffee or mixed drink, at any time of day until the small hours.
An excellent lunch in good company and then a relaxed drink at the bar ,which could last until dinner. Then you can enjoy a coffee or brandy. (except Mondays)
At the helm in the kitchen we find the experienced and experimental Miguel Moreno. After many years of service in this kitchen he offers up dishes such as Black Pudding sweets with a roasted red pepper foam, Tomato sorbet with crispy warm ham and egg, Gratinated squid with a coriander pesto, Idiazabal cheese and Brazil nuts, Iberian Pork fillet with a garlic and thyme oil, Apple strudel with vanilla sauce and a special biscuit ice cream, among other choices. The Maitre d’ Julio Hernandez makes sure that the restaurant is perfect and the service exceptional, as well as recommending the best wine choice to make a perfect marriage with your food.
